40 days of walking, reflecting and practicing random acts of kindness. 40 days of getting our hearts, minds and bodies right.
40 Days of Thanksgiving! Walk for 30 minutes beginning Sunday October 18 ending Thanksgiving Day. That's every single day, no excuses.>>>Because we are worth it. Because this is the level of committment required to save our own lives. Because our cup overfloweth and this is a way to show how truly grateful we are.
