I ordered a dress online and had to take it back to the retail store. It was too big.

    My new victory: I'm a Size Zero at Catherine's (that's a 16 Womens).

I declined getting their credit card at the register (I generally decline any of those "buy brand here" cards), but I got to say "It's unlikely I will be a customer for long enough to benefit from your savings program."

Soon, I'll be shopping in normal stores. YEA!!!

I had a dry suit that I would use for swimming in the pool because of the chlorine. It was having leaking issues so I sent it to the factory to get repaired. It it beyond repair but they are willing to trade in my old one for a new one at just over half the price of a new one. I said go for it. But instead of needing a men's XXL dry suit I only need an XL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I bought some candy corn today for my grandsons who are coming to visit tomorrow for a few days. I am not even going to open the bag and just give it to them to take home.

My challenge will be the birthday cake I am getting to celebrate all five grands birthdays. I am just giving a BD party for all of them at one time since they do not get to see each other very often.

They are ages 10 down to 2. So they will enjoy it I hope. I know I will.

That sounds nice, I'm sure they will enjoy it. You can eat a quarter of a piece just to be part of the celebration with the kids, just to participate without too many calories, if your worried. Have a great time with your grandkids. Janice

Thanks Janice. I love the visits but they really wear me out. Fun times.

Hope I have the willpower about the cake. I love BD cake!

Spouse birthday was... a Brazilian meat skewer all you can eat type of place. I have no clue what that was worth. I just put Quick Calorie into the log, I put it in at 2000. I have no intention of actually trying to calculate that place. I wasn't horrid, but I wasn't watching closely either.

My scale numbers are even higher, so I know, I know.

It's just a bump. I'm walking, I'll keep focus. I'm doing normal today so far despite a million office treats. No partaking at all. I know this challenge is my hardest. I will stay on lose mode, but then I also know that New Orleans is coming November 16-20. Goodness!

As slw said elsewhere: Weight loss (heck maintenance) is a FULL TIME JOB.

Sounds like you are getting back on track. You will do this. New Orleans should be so nice in November.

Lose a couple so you can have a beignet!!!
