Ok everybody. Let's count our progress.

Do I have to?
I'm up 2 lbs. Really got to tighten up. Weighted in at 203.6.0 -
Angelfire, it's ok, you might be on a higher sodium or hormonal monthly week, they happen. I don't love the heavier weeks, but they are just part of the journey.
You also are doing muscle building activities that I am so envious of. Strengthening burns all the time versus my cardio which is temporary.
You've also dropped a significant bunch of weight, something around 75 pounds, right? My doctor told me it would get harder after the first 50, I'd be lucky to do 2 a week and he's right I'm closer to 1 pound when I lose.
When I see my numbers tick up, I buckle down on the water consumption as well.
Also, just want to mention that you're at a mind set-point as well. That freaking 200 was a serious mental issue for me and my body had always had difficulty letting me near it/around it. Untold cravings reared up and all sorts of subtle and not so subtle self sabotage.
YOU HAVE GOT THIS.

Awwww man! I really did expect a loss, as I was 191 yesterday had every expectation of showing a 190 this morning, but it's a freaking 193.8!!! NOT A LOSS
My meals have been slightly over this week and while yesterday started well, it ended poorly. That Pho soup at dinner must have been much higher than logged. I didn't make it myself, so I had to guess its value. I will flush heavy with protein and water today and it should come back down. Ever vigilant is todays motto. I did a big walk this morning and I'll be tight with calories as I can today.
It is Spouse's birthday, so I might have issues at dinner, but I'll try.
I assure you all (and myself) that it's temporary and I'm still working on this challenge. This has been one of the hardest segment challenges so far. I just need to keep on going.
I won't make 180, but I won't end at 201 or higher either.0 -

Weight this morning was 121.4. Up from vacation last week but back on plan.
I will not overeat and will get these 2 lbs off. I am picking up the pace at the Y by going some more classes.

Morning all!
I am still at it as I see each and everyone here is at it too! Our numbers are dwindling but our spirit is not !!!
I did lose this week but not big, only .08 lbs. I am still struggling with this challenge but I will see it to the bitter end.
So my CW is 185.4 my goal is still 160.0.
