Hey everyone my name is Amanda! I live in Delaware just wanted to reach out to you all and see if you are having a hard time fitting into your macros? Today was my first day count macros I'm suppose to have a total of 1650 calories but I'm having a hard time reaching that goal. I can't eat that much food!
