This week's thread to record all your amazing losses. Keeping going everyone you're all doing so well!
Right - me first:
Week 1 = 198.6
Week 2 = 198.6
Week 3 = 195.2
Week 4 = 194.2
Loss this week = 1 lb (not bad considering the amount of birthday cake I've eaten over the weekend....oops!)
Loss during challenge = 4.4 lbs slowly but surely I'm getting there.

Hi, sorry I missed last weeks posting.
Week 1 - 94 Kg (207 lbs)
Week 2- 92 Kg (203 lbs)
Week 3- 92 Kg (203 lbs)
Week 4- 91 Kg (200 lbs)
Loss during challenge = 3kg so far. Hope to get closer every day. Just started with knee pain. Could have many reasons. Most likely from carrying all that extra weight. All December biscuits and sweets are around and keep on staring at me. Oh its so hard. Not buying is the easiest but I have small kids in the house and they love it.0 -

I weighed this the day after my last check in here, but I don't care, I'll take it as this week's loss.. horrible weekend (500 calories over each day) then the worst 48 hour bug I've had in my damn life - I figure as long as it's not a GAIN I don't care.0 -

Very surprised at this loss, considering these past three weeks I've barely exercised although I have been doing really good with staying under my limit. I'm super excited about Halloween tomorrow! I hope everyone has a Happy Halloween!0 -
