Hey I'm Thea currently in my last year of college and my goal for my last year is to lose all the weight I gained during college which is 30 pounds. I plan to graduate in Oct 2016 so this is a long term goal. I've tried to achieve this goal multiple times but I have yet to achieve it. I feel like having accountability partners will help me out

Hi Thea, I'm in the same boat! I'm a junior at Arizona State University and I've gained about thirty pounds since coming to school. I started MFP about two weeks ago and I'm trying everyday to stick to my regimen. My long term goal is to lose about 50 pounds over the next year and a half (which is when I'll be graduating). I have focused on cutting my portion sizes down, drinking water instead of soda, and doing some type of cardio three times a week. I've been a super star the past month, but I'm worried I'll fall back into old habits....

How long have you two been doing MFP?
