334 Cals for a 10 mile run?

I ran 10 miles last night, and was disappointed to see this when I synced my band. I don't need to eat all of those calories, of course, but I'd like to not be in the red for going 100 calories over my typical daily allotment. I usually earn more than that for a 3 mile, 30 minute run. It also still took some calories away for inactivity, and I got 25,000 steps yesterday.
My diary is open if anyone wants to peek at my workouts. I switched yesterday and logged the run through MFP directly rather than through my UP app.
Am I setting something wrong?

I'm still logging thru UP. I have noticed that my UP adjustment for the last 3 days (Sun, Mon, Tues) is either minimal or negative. My Saturday data looks correct with ~500cal adjustment. While I wish I could run 10 miles , I do usually get my 10,000 steps including about 30-40 minutes on a treadmill and have additional exercise a couple of days/wk. There have been instances in the past where data didn't sync for a day or two, then it would all of the sudden 'catch up.' Maybe they have an update looming0

How did you log your run in the UP app? If you don't explicitly tag the run, UP sometimes assumes that you were walking or something? I normally track my runs in Runkeeper, which I have set up to sync with the UP app. This seems to work pretty well - UP still adjusts my calories, and often deducts a small amount of exercise calories, if the app determines that I was not as active as Runkeeper claims.0

I've noticed I've been getting less and less calories for the same things. I used to get 100 cal for about 1,200 steps. Now I'm lucky if I get 400 cals for 10,000 steps! I haven't changed any settings and I checked to make sure they are the same as before. And it's not like I've lost significant weight in the past few weeks to make this difference. I'm wondering if it's part of the apps latest update and it just gives out less maybe. Could be the same thing that's happening to you, OP.0
