Weekly Challenge 10/26

I realize it's the 27th. My life has gotten the best of me! It's been a little chaotic the past couple days. Anyway, I have 2 challenges this week!
#1 - No sweets! I have a very, very big sweet tooth and that was probably my biggest downfall. I work at a hotel with their own pastry kitchen and I'm constantly surrounded by muffins, pastries, cheesecakes.. All sorts of things. However, I really cut myself off from them for quite some time until I learned to have better self control. During that time I realized that I didn't even crave them nearly as much. So, It's only for a week but try not to have desserts or sweets. Maybe you don't even eat them at all anymore and that's great! You're ahead of the pack lol. But I know it was a struggle of mine.
#2 - I thought I'd add a fitness challenge in here as well. I want you to try something new! Try a workout you've never done before. YouTube is a great resource for that. Usually a runner? Try some weight training! Strictly a weights person? Try Pilates! Mix it up! I personally will be doing some weight training. I usually do just body weight stuff, zumba, etc. at home. My work has a gym that I have free access to so I will be utilizing that perk this week! Let me know what you try and how it goes! Just remember to stay within your fitness level so you don't injure yourself. Push yourself, but know your body's limits.

I'm really not tempted by sweets so challenge #1 shouldn't be too difficult, save for HALLOWEEN on Saturday
Challenge #2 I completed without knowing yesterday afternoon! I tried this at home workout on youtube and LOVED it. I'll be adding to my regular routine for sure.
