Been MIA, but I'm back!

I've been gone from this group for quite some time now. I stopped lifting for a period (really I stopped exercising for the most part altogether). Got married at the end of July, went to Hilton Head for a week with the family, went to Mexico in September, etc., etc.). So Ive been busy and all that and got out of the habit for a while.
At the end of September I decided that October would be my 'get back on the workout wagon' month. So far so good. I opted to do SL 3 days one week, 2 days the following week and cardio in the opposite pattern. I have only missed 2 days of my 5 per week goal - once because I gave blood and they told me to wait 24 hours before working out and the other time was yesterday because I forgot to turn on my alarm. So I'm back in the saddle and so far so good.
Where I'm at with the lifts since October 1 (the next lift weights will be):
Squats: 110
OHP: 75
Bench: 75
Rows: 75
Dead: 120
November I'm adding back in keeping an eagle eye on the calories - I have only been halfassing it lately.
Here's to a lovely Tuesday to you all

Nice! Your numbers look great so you must have retained a lot of strength during your hiatus. Keep on keepin' on!0

I was scared I lost a lot of ground - the program had me start from ground zero because of the long break. I haven't failed at all and the first 2 weeks felt super easy. It's just now getting difficult so I imagine a failure is on the horizon within the next few weeks. That's ok, though, I'm not too far off of where I stopped last time0

Welcome back!0

Congratulations on your wedding. I got married in June, went to Italy for honeymoon but forgot to stop eating pasta and drinking prosecco when we returned. I put on 8KG in 6 weeks.....ahh wedded bliss!! We both let the gym pass us by during that time but had a wake up call a few weeks ago and have hit the weight room since. So....I'm right there with you!!!0

Yeah, we've both gained a little weight - he's tall and skinny by genetics, though, so him gaining weight isn't quite as a big a deal as me. Congrats to you, too0

Have to say, though, it's been most satisfying getting back to it!0

I took a long break too. I started back at the bar basically because i'm resetting my metabolism and working up to higher calories.0

Well I'm in good company with all of you who took breaks, too
We can all stick together and wade through!
