Advice and motivation!

Hey, I am 5ft 2 (157cm) and about 114 pounds(52kg). I am wanting lose another 4kg (roughly 8 pounds). Just wondering if any one has any advice this is my first week using this app

    I'm a bit late to this thread, but in case you'll check it: FitnessBlender workouts! They have an awesome 30min a day workout program for about $10 that is truly amazing :) it ensures that I have a few hundred calories spare for treats and stuff on top of the 1400 that I have set as my target (I'd like to lose the last few lbs slowly).
