12 weeks postpartum

I started watching my calories and going to the gym 4 weeks ago. My son will be 3 months next week and I also have a five year old boy. While my older boy is in school I go to the gym and do group fitness Classes while my baby is at the gym daycare. It's working out well so far. I missed three days this week because we have been sick but heading back in tomorrow. I am also exclusively breastfeeding which has made watching my calories more complicated but I seem to have found the right number now. I've lost 10 lbs so far and I'm starting to tighten up. It feels good to be working on getting this weight off. I have 60lbs to go until I reach my goal. This is extra weight from my first baby as well as more I gained with my newest.

    Hi sounds like you got a good plan. We have thread on here called 'end of summer/falls babies- getting back in shape' if u want to join in.
