November Challenge

I think everyone is now connected to myfitness pal. Challenge to begin on Sunday Nov 1st. The goal is to either do 10000 steps per day or 30min of activity. In regards to the diet, everyone choose what diet you want to do. I think most of us will do low carb/high fat. Good luck everyone!
