@SnowballsMom805 Umm not necessarily, you smartphone can be a pedometer. I used an app for a long time called pacer. Then i bought a pedometer, for 22$.
You can also convert your distance walked/run into steps.
1600 steps are 1 km on average.0 -
I'll have to convert to pounds to be in. My weight sounded a lot less in kilos! Glad to join in and lose some of them though, whatever you want to call them! Looking forward to starting0
