    I have to be honest and say that my diet/exercise were not great this week--goal for this week is to get back on track! I'm certain I can't have a second week like this last one and still expect my numbers to go down.

    Challenge SW: 165.8 - some is water weight, I was 164 a few days prior
    Week 1: 163.8 - lost the water weight and maybe a little bit of actual weight
    Week 2: 163.4 - I am going to try to be better about weighing absolutely everything to make sure I am in a deficit
    Week 3: 162.2 - Had a woosh :)
    Week 4: 164.0 - Mini vacation this past weekend. Didn't track properly
    Week 5: 163.8 - Gotta get myself back in gear!
    Week 6: 162.0 - :)
    Week 7: 165.2 - I was traveling last week and used it as an excuse to eat/drink too much. Will be better this week!

    I have 3 long weekends from work this month - so best get my butt outside and walk. My muscles are not ready for curling that starts on the 11th and 12th....

    At least I'm below 170. I was going to see what my waist height ratio is. I read that's a better way to determine you health than BMI. I'll put on that on here on Sunday. I don't think I lost anything because of Halloween. I also added running my routine last week.
