HI all you slimmed down dedicated friends! What's happening today? Dog days of summer here in my neck of the woods. I'll be coaching every night this week, the heat and muggyness sure draws the energy out of us. So more fruit and lotsa liquids today too!

    -Walk 2 Miles during work (I forgot my shoes so my Toms will have to do)

    Good morning diehards!

    I've been slacking on getting my 10K steps every day (I've been hitting my weekly goal but not necessarily 10K every day) so I need to get out for a long walk today. This week I'm determined to hit my step goal every day. I had over 15K steps yesterday but I need to work on some consistency. I've also got Pilates after work tonight.

    I'm set for another round! This group has really helped keep me focused.

    My daughter has another softball game tonight, but I'm going to plan to do some strength training after the game. Last night I ran 2 miles, then walked another mile starting at the highest incline on my treadmill and decreasing the incline by 1% every minute until I got to 0%.

    Absolutely we will continue on, I have to figure out if we can change the title above or make a new group "Diehards" i was thinking a pound per week.

    Today I did 50 mins Tae Bo Cardio and some strength training as well. I really want to do another round as well :)

    I'm on SUMMER VACATION!!!
    Gonna do my intervals tonight after the humidity lessens
    Need to be better about eating. splurged last night to celebrate. UGH!
