Well, I'm just Gruntled about stuff. I know my calories are higher than my movement. So, I'm just kind of in stasis/ maintenance IMO. I saw my Dr. today who is monitoring my progress and he is still very pleased because I'm down another 10 even though I "should" be ( my opinion) down 15. He thinks I'm doing great. I know New Orleans is next week and I plan to walk alot, but I plan to eat alot too. I promised him I'd be better focused when I come back and I'll see him in February with a goal of 170. This challenge has been a bit hard for me, but I'm going to fight for February now. He wants me upping strength training even more.0 -

6 lbs lost. I reached my first goal on May 31st. It was 129. Then I decided I wanted to lose 10 more lbs by Thanksgiving.

WTG Stephanie. Let's work hard the next two weeks so we can have ONE piece of pumpkin pie!! Moderation is the key for Thanksgiving Day. The real challenge for me is going to be the whole month of December. Any suggestions?0 -

Not a bad plan. Love to curl up and watch Hallmark Christmas movies. Just have to not overdo the hot chocolate!

I did have a loss of .04 lbs. after spending two days at my daughter's playing with my grandson.0
