Anyone else have to start over after hysterectomy or an extended illness? How did you cope? what did you do to start back on track. I started re-logging food yesterday and after Friday I may resume some activity and I've been walking a little everyday. I have a good outlook that I can do this; just wanted some advice. Has anyone here had hysterectomy due to PCOS and continuous bleeding issues? Thanks in advance.
Ps. My surgery was on June 13th I have a LAVH and they took all but ovaries and half of tubes. :)

I just a had a bout... long cycle... a transfusion and a DNC surgery. I had to stop logging and stop watching my intake because I was so weak. I was still careful of what I was eating... didn't have much of an appitie anyway. But I stayed clear of carbs... sugars after all of the recovery... come to find out I lost 2 lbs in 2 to 3 weeks. None intentional of course. Starting back up is conserning but right now I still have a goal... so I am watching what I do and eat. I will throw in the exercise next week.... and hope I can handle the exersice. I'm still having the same pesky cycle but I am pushing on.
