What are the doctor's run times?

Here we have a guy that has been running for hundreds of years. And not just trotting around a track. He has been motivated by a wide variety of things that want to kill him. That means he is accustomed to running at or close to his top speed.
After these frequent sprints he is normally not winded at all and he is typically capable of talking at a high rate of speed is if he hadn't been running at all. Top it all off with the fact that he has two hearts and we have ourselves a running machine. I wonder if anyone has ever clocked the doctor using the episodes as a guide.
