Good Morning everyone! I hope you're all having a good day so far. Mine's going pretty good. I woke up not too long ago and now I'm sitting in a doctors office waiting for my daughter's appointment to be over. Nothing serious. It's just a routine checkup. But after the appointment I get to go pick up one of her friends and they're going to spend the afternoon at my house doing whatever 17 year old girls do these days. In the evening, I'm going to check out a charity that I might get involved with called The Missing Children's Network.

My day is pretty full so I'm planning on taking it easy today. My goal is to stay under my calories and get a set of 3/20's in. I'd leave you with a clever saying but I'm kinda stuck at this doctors office and I have nothing. I'll get back to you with one when I get home.

    I have been eating horribly the past couple days and not working out....:noway:

    I need to get back on the wagon....I'm beginning to feel bloated :angry:
