    Enjoyed my birthday a little bit and then landed a cold. I'm starting to doubt I'll hit my challenge goal, but I will keep going to get off what I can. If anything, I have shown myself I can maintain the last few weeks, so that is a positive.

    I was up to 208.2 over the weekend. Started new plan on Monday and lost 2.4 so far.

    Challenge SW: 165.8 - some is water weight, I was 164 a few days prior
    Week 1: 163.8 - lost the water weight and maybe a little bit of actual weight
    Week 2: 163.4 - I am going to try to be better about weighing absolutely everything to make sure I am in a deficit
    Week 3: 162.2 - Had a woosh :)
    Week 4: 164.0 - Mini vacation this past weekend. Didn't track properly
    Week 5: 163.8 - Gotta get myself back in gear!
    Week 6: 162.0 - :)
    Week 7: 165.2 - I was traveling last week and used it as an excuse to eat/drink too much.

    I have lost 20.2 lbs and am close to my goal for this challenge of 26 lb. Have added HIIT to my training this week, 3 times a week. Seeing results already!
