The Struggle

Options
I have really made a lifestyle change and have been regularly doing workouts for the past 2 months (AND LOVING IT), but I have been definitely struggling to adjust medications with the new lifestyle. My dr. and I have decided to lower my long-term insulin on the days when I workout ... I have been struggling with low blood sugars in the middle of the night. blah. .... but NEVER CHEAT ...... NEVER GIVE UP!

I've been losing weight at a steady pace (which is great), but it seems I am at a point where everything I thought I knew about my body has all gone to pot. This new weight and new body type as well as level of fitness has forced me to relearn my body signals and how it reacts to high and low blood sugar, the difference between going hard (and having swollen muscles) to high blood pressure and swollen extremeties because of that. It's definitely a struggle, but I feel I am a stronger person and more conscious adult because of it. Marathon runner.
