We're in the final push! What's your plan to make today awesome?
I was going to do my C25K this morning (I do it either Wednesday or Thursday) but my legs are still awfully sore from Monday night's workout, so it will have to wait. I have a trainer session at 7:00 so I can either sneak it in right after work or tomorrow morning. Also have a power walk planned with a friend at lunch.

Oh lets see, work all day, then i get to drive a little over an hour to coach the squad again for 2 hours, shove some junk food in my face, drive an hour home and expire!!!
At least a great pizza shop is willing to donate pizza's to the squad tonight and I will have quality junk food!!!
Glad this is only until Friday night!
So if i seem a little quiet all, its cuz i don't have a life right now, you'll have to excuse me for it.0 -
June 26th Commitment:
-Drink 8 glasses of water
-Stay within my 1,000 calorie deficit
-Walk 12,000 Steps
-Walk 3 Miles After Work (with a friend)
-Walk for 20 minutes during lunchbreak

Today I'm working all day but still managed to do my usual 50 mins Tae Bo workout. I will take part in a charity marathon tomorrow for Cancer Research UK so I'm really excited :happy: because it would be my first one.

Last night I did some strength training for an hour - my muscles were burning by the time I was done!! Today might be a rest day. I"d like to get some excercise in, but I don't think I'll have time unless it's late at night. I"ll focus on staying within my calories today - yesterday it felt like all I could do was eat. I was still under, but my eating for the day didn't go how I planned. So today I'll stick to what I brought in my lunch bag and what we have planned for dinner tonight.0

Today I will walk 1 1/2 miles (3,000 steps?). Yesterday I did some gardening (more like landscaping) in muggy weather - Funny how muggy weather can make sweat cry harder in a shorter amount of time.0
