Week 2 Insanity Question - Help!

Ok I have started my second week of insanity and am loving it so far. But for today the calendar that came with the set says that I am suppose to do "Cardio Circuit" but I dont have a CD that says "Cardio Circuit". Does this mean I can choose any of the "Cardio" CD's to use? I am probably completely missing something here so I thought I would ask!! Thanks!

    It should be plyometric cardio circuit. Have fun with it! Dig deeper :happy:
