Week 1: 204.9 (-1.1 lb)
Week 2: 202.5 (-2.4 lb)
Week 3: 200.1 (-2.4 lb)
Week 4: 198.9 (-1.2 lb)
Week 5: 197.0 (-1.9 lb)
Week 6: 196.8 (-0.2 lb)
Week 7: 193.2 (-3.6 lb)
Total Loss: 12.8 lbs!
Feeling FANTASTIC and FINALLY past ten pounds lost! Less than eight pounds to go until I'm at the end-of-year goal, and just in time, too! Why, if I keep this up, I could be looking at a twenty pound loss by Christmas!! I behaved myself pretty well for Thanksgiving (my two holiday vices are pie and wine, and I went a little kooky there... ), but I kept my exercise regime pretty strict even while on vacation. I think it helped - seeing the numbers, I KNOW it did!
And as far as the marathon training is going, I am up to running 4 miles in a sitting. Which is terrible and makes you feel like you want to die, but in the next two weeks I'll be up to my 6 mile run - so I'd better quit whining now while I can!
We're in our last month, ladies!! We're all doing GREAT!!

Survived Thanksgiving by getting my 5K in that morning.
Survived Friday and Saturday's parties as well.
I aimed to enjoy myself but not indulge and most of all socialize.
I am very proud of myself- previous years my lifestyle change wouldn't survive the holidays.
Back to my eating and workout schedule today.
@istarith OMG you did amazing! Congrats!!!!!!0 -
Last week 138.5
Mid week 137.5
Today 139
Not too worried. I basically had 4 days of food that I've been avoiding - Whip Cream and pie, chips and dips etc. My ankle is good now and just started back with cardio. Watch out scale!!

Great job!!0 -
Thanks for posting this. My mini holiday vacation got away from me and I didn't even realize it was Sunday until late in the evening!! Whoops! I was running behind this morning so I didn't weigh myself. And my living situation is still a freaking disaster right now. I'm beyond frustrated and completely stressed out. We're heading into the 3rd week of an overly crowded house. I'll weigh myself and get all my duck's in a row in the morning to post it.
Great job staying strong through the week though!! You're all rocking this out big time!!0 -
I did my weigh in on Thursday morning right before leaving for the Holiday. My normal day is Friday so I won't know if I gained/loss over the holiday vacation until this Friday. I was pretty good so I'm not expecting to see a gain and any loss would be awesome.

We already had our Canadian Thanksgiving, so I didn't have a big food weekend. But I didn't exercise much this past week. I got back on that today, and an going to focus on getting in more workouts per week again.

I can't help but be a little jealous of those with 2 to 3 pounds of weight loss per week!
I haven't been posting every week since I'm not planning to lose much.

Once I hit 145 I will officially be back to a healthy BMI! I'm hoping to hit my goal early and maintain during Christmas with all the good food and New Years with all the good drinks.0
