Hi Everyone! For those of you who celebrated, hope y'all had a good Thanksgiving and that it didn't do too much damage. I enjoyed the day and am now back on track. Good luck to everyone as we move towards Christmas and reach our Christmas goals.

goal weight 135 but honestly if I can just get under 140 by new years I'd be happy
today's weight= 141
It only took me 3 weeks to lose a lb and make the scale budge but it finally happened. LOL0 -

I'm thankful that as an Aussie I don't have Thanksgiving - I'm a sucker for binging on holidays so the less of them for me the better! Weighing in a day early today, busy day tomorrow and today is pretty carb heavy so I'm cheating and calling today my week 9.
