Alright we got up and walked yesterday. Today we are gonna get up with something new!

Today's Challenge: Try a new type of workout!

It can be anything! Just try something new!

    I just joined this group, but looking back at past post, I think it seems awesome!
    Anyone have suggestions for at home exercises that don't require equipment I can try for this challenge?

    Hello! I normally go to the YMCA and take some kind of class. Today, I tried something new. I exercised from home which is not new. However, I tried a new Workout from Fitness Blender. It was a 17 Minute HIT Cardio Workout. In addition to that, I did a Les Mills Body Pump which I normally take at the Gym.

    Ok so I kinda flaked out on this challenge. Didn't have much time to work out today so pretty much stuck with what I know. But I did start a 30 day squat challenge today. I've never really done anything like that so counts for something right?
