    I never had a beef with Carl. I always saw him as a kid trying to cope with a severely *kitten* up set of circumstances. I was devastated when he was shot. I thought he handled his mother's death - sorry, his having to prevent her from turning - in a completely reasonable fashion. He's been this anchor for Rick and I think a lot of folk overlook that.

    With Sam's absolute lack of survival instinct (and likely burgeoning psychosis), all of Carl's minor mistakes and/or outbursts are totally put into perspective, if you ask me. That kid is going to get people killed.

    I really hope they pick up right where they left off (Hi, I'm munque, I've been gone for a while, but I'm back) instead of unseen time passing during the break, and everyone miraculously made it out alive. Can't wait for Feb 14th.

    Valentines Day, Mid-season premier of TWD, and my husband comes home from deployment. All on the same day. How perfect is that.
