Morning everyone! Today we are going to stretch a bit! We've been doing some fitness challenges and we need to cool down with a nice stretching session!
Today's Challenge: For at least 10 minutes, relax and stretch your cares away.
Stretching is a great way to relieve tension and unwind when you are stressed!
