Esther, good going...it looks like it's just you and me keeping track....I'm way ahead of the pace which is good because later this month I have to take a week off exercise at my doctor's suggestion so my walking will be almost non-existent.

Well Barbie. Between you, me, and Evelyn. I guess we are in a league of our own........... I like this posting miles because most of us don't realize just how far we normally walk. As you can tell I don't normally hit my 10000 steps. It is usually just too much for my bad knees to go that far. But occasionally I have a day when I just have no time to sit. And I generally pay for it the next day. But I know my limits and that's ok.
