Good afternoon everyone. Yesterday wasn't such a good day for me. I didn't exercise and I kinda pigged out last night while watching America's Got Talent but today's a new day. I've already rode my bicycle for an hour and I plan on staying under my calories and getting a little more exercise in this evening.

How's everyone doing on their 3/20's?

"Exercise is done against one's wishes and maintained only because the alternative is worse."

    What a beautiful day!

    I haven't been doing so well with the 3/20s this week. I've felt pretty lethargic for the last few days. I've still been staying within my calories, walking, and hanging out with Elli the Elliptical, but I haven't been able to force myself to do much more. I'm going to Zumba today, so that will blast some calories.

    Another down day for me :angry:

    If I keep over eating and not exercising I am going to blow up in weight :noway:

    I need to start tomorrow and get into the exercise mode again.... I am determined to get a workout in tomorrow and I am going to make chicken noodle soup for dinner that should be a pretty good meal; soup and salad. :smile:

    Well here's to you all that get up and do the right thing each day... :drinker: you give me motivation and I really appreciate it.
