Morning, Everyone! Today we are going to focus on one of the things that our body needs the most...protein!
Today's Challenge: Try a different type of protein than what you usually eat!
If you normally eat chicken, Try fish! Just switch it up a bit today and try something new. Maybe try something vegan!

My husband cooks dinner and our dinners are planned when we shop on the weekends. So we might have fish tonight. We might have frozen pizza. I think we have a couple options still.0
