This looks like a very small group, and I'm not sure if anyone even still checks it. But, I would love to have this support system. There doesn't appear to be many (any?) other groups like this.

I have various health issues that cause pain, so exercising is hard for me.

I'm not writing a full introduction post, but I did just want to say "hi" and kind of test the waters to see if anyone comes out of the woodwork.
