@Eninad and @slw19 - good numbers. Losing and staying same are great wins for December.
We've got this!! I went to Bible Study last night and we had pumpkin bread, mixed nuts and Gharedelli chocolates. I had saved some cals just for that and was down .4 lbs this morning.
So we can have treats in moderation if they are within our calorie goal. I just had a little of each and did not eat out of control.0 -
