Does oil massage on body penetrates deep into your skin and make you gain weight? In other words do I have to take that into consideration while calculating my FAT MACROS?

I seriously doubt it. I would imagine the amount of oil absorbed is negligible, particularly as it would not get into your digestive system.

Thanks for your prompt replies knitormiss

Had been searching on net about this but got mixed info about this. Do you have an authentic link about this?

No, this is a combination of my own knowledge in giving a massage, and what's absorbed, as well as anecdotal info through training my fiance received while training as a masseur. But just as when a person applies magnesium oil through the skin, when it's reached what it needs, it won't absorb more, I imagine that any other oil is quite similar. But no, I don't have specific studies. Are you in the low carb group? Those folks there have a lot of experience with autoimmune issues, odd food/mineral allergies/sensitivities, and just random research...

Even if you yourself are not low carb (anything below 150 grams of carbs daily is considered a medical level of low carb), they have some amazing information about cholesterol and hormones and inflammation and all sorts of cool stuff....
