I'm looking for an accountability buddy. So if anyone is interested please add me so we can motivate each other and keep each other on track. How does everyone else stay accountable?

    Hi! I've added you! I stay accountable because I was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes. Luckily I have been able to get it under control with diet and exercise at this time but it could change at any time. This is what keeps me accountable. It doesn't mean I don't make mistakes, but I have to get back on the wagon right away as my health depends on it. This may not be you - but it could be. Get hold of your health before it gets hold of you!
