Sharing Cheri's Smoothie Recipe from Email

Here is the basic recipe Cheri shared at a Weights and Measure meeting last week and Teresa emailed out:
Veggie Smoothie
2 cups of Greens - Spinach, Kale, &/or any other leafy greens
1/2 to 1 Cucumber
1/2 Lemon
1 small square of Ginger Root (peeled & sliced thin)
Favorite Fruits: 1/2 banana, or 1/4 to 1/2 Apple, or 1/8 of a Ripe Pear....however sweet you like it.
Cilantro
Yogurt - if you like 1/4 to 1/2 cup
2-3 cups of Water or Organic Milk
Put it all in the blender and blend til smooth. Using Organic vegetables is recommended because this goes right into your bloodstream and does not have to go thru the digestion process!
