Happy Friday Folks! Hope all is well with all of you. Been a very busy week, with Holiday Luncheons on the D Ward, and our Department Lunch. Two quick turn arounds back to back w 3 hrs sleep. Got a good 8 in last night and got three day break to look forward to, then working Tues - Sat with a quick turn around Fri-Sat. But all is good here. Going to take someof my Demntia Ward guys out tonight to look at the Christmas Lights around town. and Christmas Karaoke this afternoon. Loads of fun for this paid professional.

Yep busy time for most of us. I'm doing ok.. I bought a vintage coat earlier this year and I couldn't fit into it, I tried it on a couple of days ago and it fits. However, I've also had to buy new bras because well ahem I gained weight. I tried on 32 bras just to find 2 that fit me right!!
The scale is pretty much the same for the past 3 months.. So new plan, I'm going to pull out my old small jeans and just try that on every 2 weeks. That's going to my measuring stick for now.0 -
Happy Saturday! Got the next 3 days off then Overdrive in to Christmas and after. Picked up a few lbs this week, probably more due to rest (not enough) than eating, though did a treat or two but not much. So it is what it is. Have a great Day.
