Hi, I started weight training a month ago...I notice I put on weight....I just want to know what is the right food to eat.:frown:

@shanthicholan I'm starting up weight training too. How's it going for you now, after a few months? From my reading, I gather that making sure you get 80+ grams of protein per day (some say 1 gram/lb of lean body weight) is the crucial thing, food-wise.0
