Hello! I'd be happy to have online friends to keep me accountable. My 40th birthday is coming up in February and I have gained 25 pounds over the past couple of years that I want to lose. I'm going to shoot to lose 2 pounds per week, but even 1 would be good! I'm currently at my all time high weight of 144.5 pounds. I'm short and I've always been small so this is a big bad change for me. Good luck to everyone!

Hi! I'll also be 40 next year, September. And I also have weight I'd like to shed but is sticking to me like glue! Started going to the gym last week with my husband, went 4x which is great for me! This week....I caught a cold. So, feeling sorry for myself, I thought, I would join a support group to help and hold me accountable. I've tried diet pills (I know, I know, but I was desperate) I've tried the Atkins diet, Clean Eating and nothing has worked. So, I need motivation to exercise AND diet. Looking forward to looking great as a new 40 year old!0
