I had surgery at the end of July and the post op the weight hasn't been coming off as easy as I thought it would or hoped it would. Don't get me wrong, I am very thankful for this tool. I know I would have gained through this time if it were not for the surgery. My one and only big loss was my first week, which was 10 pounds. As of today I am down 37 pounds since surgery. I have not really lost anything since my 3 month check up in October and that is with exercising HARD so I have really felt discouraged. Over the last month or so I have really let my guard down and allowed old eating habits to creep back in. This week I am starting new.

Good luck to you!
I've lost a little less, but had surgery on 10/15. I'm currently working diligently with my nutritionists to try and get my calorie/carb/protein goals on track. I'm working out 11 times a week on average. 4 with weights and cardio, the other 7 just cardio. I'm having a hard time getting my calories UP. They want me between 1000 and 1200 now because of the exercise to see if that will help it come of quicker. Maybe that was part of your issue???0
