I just found this group today! Have been on WW since Jan. 2015. Went to meetings until September and then switched to online only. I had been down nearly 25 lbs. and hit a brick wall. Just cancelled WW membership the other day. I want to do this with MFP but still use the stuff I learned at WW. I'm looking forward to being active with this group. Any hints or suggestions are appreciated.

I currently attend ww meetings and do weekly weigh-ins but count calories vs. points. I do not love the points system and that got in my way. I really like what I'm doing now. I hope mfp works well for you. Keep me posted on ups, downs and progress.
