Hey guys im not sure if people are still active on this group or not :) BUT!
Here we go for my bulk:
SW:52kgs
GW:55kgs
Calories: 2300 per day. Killing all the carbs (260-280ish), fats 70, protein around 140.
Ive come a long way mentally with bulking. was pretty much maintaining since february but now ready to get my gains!
My lifts are already feeling great :) 2 weeks in :)

    We are here- welcome- it's not particularly busy- but I'd like to see it a little more busy- it's hard since we go from bulk to cut- I've modded the group a little to try to be more inclusive and holistic for our needs.

    Congrats on the progress with the lifts!!! are you taping/picturing/weighing to track?
