I need some new snack ideas.

    What do you like? Sweet/savoury?

    I have tried to cut out all snacking, but over the Christmas period, I think that's going to be difficult, so I'll be having lots of fruit, I think.

    Well I try to have a protein & fruit/veggie between breakfast, lunch, & dinner. I'm just tryng to think of new things. I currently have something like yogurt, edemame, almonds, cottage cheese, protein bars.... need something new.

    nuts for sure, crackers and cheese, yogurt, half a protein bar, kind bar, fruit and cheese. I'm diabetic, so I always pair my carbs with protein.

    I like the 100 calorie popcorn, the Laughing Cow cheese with celery, sliced apples or crackers, yogurt and Fiber one bars. I also just found some 100 calorie packs of sliced apples with caramel dip. I try to keep most of my snacks around 100 calories.

    I like Alpen bars. You can get ones that are only 70cals per serving and I love the double chocolate/jaffa cake ones.

    Some of my faves are light and fit Greek yogurts, raw almonds, cashews, or walnuts. String cheese and raw fruits. Those are just some things I carry with me on a n everyday basis.
