    Thanks for joining! I have been low/no sugar for a long time, and have been having a hard time recently. I jumpstarted my commitment again this morning with probiotics, vitamins, a green smoothie and a hike.

    I find that it is important for me to have a daily ritual to renew my commitment. Sugar is my only addiction and it is very real.

    well you know your addicted to sugar when for Thanksgiving you would prefer a whole plate full of sweets and nothing else, Lol. How do you make your green smoothie?

    half a frozen banana
    a cup of frozen berries or peaches
    a tablespoon of peanut butter, almond butter (or just the raw nuts, whatever I have on hand)
    a few handfuls of fresh spinach
    a tablespoon of collagen
    a scoop of epic protein (sprouted protein powder)
    a teaspoon of maca powder
    a cup of coconut milk (unsweet)
    a splash of vanilla.
    5 ice cubes

    blend (add more milk or water if needed)
