Android Sync Issues

Asking here before I go to support in case anyone has run into something similar before.

There are 3 places in the Android app where you can see your step count:

1) The widget. Without clicking anything, you can view this on a normal home page. Very often, the number on the widget is incorrect, if not stuck completely at 0. Other days it works perfectly, at least every once in a while.

2) When you click the widget, or go into the Fitbit app, you see the normal list of the sync status, step count, miles walked, calories burned, etc. When I sync my fitbit, the step count doesn't move, even though I have taken quite a few steps since the last sync. However, when I go to #3:

3) Tap on the step count and you get the graph and your step count for today plus the step count for every day in the past month or so. This is the only place that is almost always correct after syncing. Sometimes even that isn't right, though.

What is going on? My bluetooth is always on, and I think it syncs every hour or so unless I force sync it. I'm also noticing that it won't send anything to MFP after about 10:10pm, even if I have synced several times since then, which means I have to wait until tomorrow to see if it adjusts down anymore.

Also, sometimes it's the opposite; the graph page is incorrect right now while the main page and widget are currently correct. I would just really like it to all consistently work! I have a zip and a Samsung Note III.

Some figures shown are taken straight from the device syncing.
Some are the result of the device stats being sent to your web account first, processing done, and then brought back to the device.

So between the account server and your mobile is an app server - so any issues between those two, or the app and app server - can cause interesting delay effects.

The daily burn syncs normally happen every increase of 100 calories from prior sync, so that explains the Fitbit to MFP if activity level is low and BMR level burn is being used. Should hit about 11:30 or so I'd think.
