Thursday 6/27 - The End Is Near

Gosh the past 74 days have gone by fast! Whether I hit the 20# mark tomorrow or not, I'm so happy to have been a part of this group, and will say once again I hope we "keep the band together." Time for another challenge? I think I saw someone recommend a 1 pound a week goal the next go-round.
Yesterday I did my C25K after my trainer session and ended up with 21K steps. All in all it felt like too much. I will aim for my 10K steps today and have a trainer session tonight. I will drink lots of water. I will eat well this last day before our final weigh-in.

I agree with you, the days flew by really quick and it was really amazing to be part of this group where everyone was really supportive and motivating. I really hope we can start another challenge and the 1 lbs a week goal sounds fantastic.
Today I will do 50 mins Tae Bo cardio and some strength training. Yesterday I had a cheat meal and dessert. No need to mention I felt really guilty afterwards and I keep thinking that I messed it up for the whole week. :ohwell:0 -
June 27th Commitment:
-Drink 8 glasses of water
-Stay within my 1,000 calorie deficit
-Walk 12,000 Steps
-Walk 1 mile during work
-Walk for 20 minutes during lunchbreak
*Are we going to make a new forum or stay on this one? I know I didnt make my 20# weight lose but I did lose some and I can say I'm proud! This board has really been a great place to be a part of. And especially seeing everyone that DID lose 20# or close to it really inspires me! Either way, I am down for a #1 a week group!!!0 -

YES what a fantastic group we have! Today = drag me not as fat butt outta bed, work all day, drive over an hour to practise, but its a short one tonite cuz then they host an allstar banquet for us, uht ohhhh that means bad food like way too many carbs, then drive home and pass out. Well maybe I'll beat the weight gain with the final weigh in tomorrow!!!!! GREAT JOB EVERYBODY!

I will get to 6 miles today.
The time has flown by. Even though I decided I was not going to go after a 20lb loss in such a short time, I am in a much better place than I was when I started. I am making better food choices. I am moving a lot more during the day.
What I really liked about this group was everyone tried to keep the committment they made. On rare occasions we may have had an excuse. I think that made this group work. Thank you all.0
