    good idea!

    I'm thinking.....
    running - 30 miles
    cycling - 150 miles

    both less than I'd like to do focusing on just one, but I really want to do both, so want to keep them attainable with that in mind...
    but if we start official threads, I'll repost them there...

    Okay, so just getting back to MFP and my exercising routine. Was doing so well, and then my mom fell really ill and I bought a house and moved! So, been a bit busy! I gained back about 5 lbs.

    Goals - I want to lose 10 lbs.

    Goals
    eat WAY better!
    start exercising and attending volleyball twice a week again

    I know, July is almost over, but I need to start NOW! Did Cardio last night! Yay!
