500 lb club?

I've been working toward a 500 lb total on squats, deads, and bench since I started SLs. I am FIVE POUNDS away! Which means if I successfully complete either my bench or squat today, I will have made it! I am stupid excited about this!

My 1RM total is like 620 (270 deads, 150 bench, 200 squat), but for sets of 5, I only got 515 (deadlift 215, squat 180, bench 120)... oh hey, I thought I wasn't making it! lol. Deadlift saves it all :P0 -

Yeah, that's 5X5. I keep meaning to try 1RM on everything, but need a spotter and since hubby just tore a rotator cuff, that won't be happening anytime soon.0 -

We are really close on our 5X5 numbers. I'm at 125 bench, 185 squat, and 190 deads.
I was pulling bigger deads (250), but I de loaded to work on form and now I can't get back up there.0 -

Fun times. Mine makes it for 1rm but I don't even do 5 sets most of the time anymore, so for 3 reps, hmmm...
1rm = 225 deadlift, 110 bench and 195 squat (530)
3-5 rep range = 205 deadlift, 105 bench and 170 squat (480)
Yeah, my one rep max is often close to my working weights, so guess that helped in a way. I'm close with the working sets and might be able to hit a little more on squat and deadlift for working weight, just haven't gotten there yet.0
