Good morning. I don't know if any of you saw my post from last night but I stayed up way too late again. But instead of pigging out on hummus and celery, I ate 2 cheese hot dogs. Grr! :mad: I need to learn to go to bed earlier. All of my bad eating always...well, almost always happens at night. But oh well. Today's a new day. When I'm done writing this I'm going to go exercise. I haven't decided if I'm getting on the bike or the treadmill though. I feel like I get a better workout on my treadmill but it's still kind of early and if I get on my bike I can at least sit down. Hmmm.......:huh:
My husband has today off which is usually bad for me and my eating habits. Hopefully he won't drag us to some fattening restaurant or anything. Today I plan on staying under my calories, exercising and doing a set of 3/20's.
I can't believe our challenge will be over in 3 days. I'm gonna miss you guys.
