I'm late to this group but have been tracking since the first. goal is to lose 5# a month until August, 40# loss goal!

Lets do this! Is there a spreadsheet or anything? What is everyone doing to lose weight? I am not eating sweets or refined food at all. Whole veggies, meat, whole fat cheese, eggs. No bread, sugar or snacky foods. Working on moving more but its cooooold where I live right now.

I'm in! I initially lost 71lbs before getting pregnant, and I gained 45lbs during pregnancy. My lowest weight was 211 that I got to before pregnancy, current weight is 240.0
